Broomhall Estates is a family run business from the local area of Rathnew. We have been working in the industry for over 40 years as bricklayers, builders and in property development.

We have built a great community of highly skilled, professional tradesmen to build your future home. The company along with its longstanding tradesmen have together built over 1500 homes, apartments and a shopping centre in the area and has a reputation for building quality homes. We work with you every step of the way to finish your home. Once complete and our customers move in, the relationship continues and we are always on hand to consult.

MichaeL O'Sullivan

Managing Director of Broomhall Estates and Site Manager

Michael takes a-lot of pride in his work. He is on-site full time to oversee the work in progress and is available anytime to chat about the development. Michael has vast knowledge and experience working in the building and construction industry in both Ireland and the USA over the past 40 years. Other members of the O’Sullivan family - Michaels son, wife and two daughters -work in different roles across the company.

Maurice Sheehy

Managing Director of Broomhall Estates

Originally a Local Farmer who owns the land. He left the farming business 20 years ago and formed a partnership in business with Michael. Maurice is also on site regularly and has gained experience in building and construction over the last 20 years.

Paul Cullen & Kevin Farrell

Plumbing Team

Available to discuss the air to water heat pump system and all aspects of plumbing. Paul is one of the first tradesmen in Ireland to work on our air to water systems.
